Rafraf

A complete auto-parts store. Over 200,000 products.

We built Rafraf’s full e-commerce website, bringing a catalogue of 200K+ auto parts into a connected shopping experience, from finding a compatible part to checkout.

01 / THE CHALLENGE

A large catalogue only becomes useful when people can find the right part. Rafraf needed a storefront that could present a broad range of auto parts while helping shoppers narrow their search by vehicle and product.

02 / HOW WE DID IT

01

Start with the vehicle

We organised the search journey around car make, model and year, alongside product and part search. This gives shoppers a practical route into the catalogue before they compare individual products.

02

Make the catalogue clear

We built product listings and detail pages around the information a buyer needs to evaluate a part. Categories, product information and related items connect discovery with a closer look at each product.

03

Connect the full purchase journey

We brought the catalogue, cart, checkout and customer account experience together, with layouts that work across desktop and mobile and support Arabic and English.

03 / WHAT WE DELIVERED

  • Full e-commerce storefront
  • Catalogue of 200K+ products
  • Vehicle make, model and year selection
  • Product search, listings and detail pages
  • Cart, checkout and customer accounts
  • Responsive Arabic and English experience

What came together

One complete storefront that connects a large auto-parts catalogue with the way customers search, compare and purchase.
